I will be speaking for The Colonial Dames of America local chapter on Saturday, May 8th. I have been working on a special program for them entitled "Quilting in Colonial America." Research for this quilt program has taken me in some new and exciting directions! My love of history is going to make it hard to hold this presentation to my time limit for them. I have uncovered some really interesting material. I am considering turning this into a 'full size' program that I typically deliver for quilt guilds.
